Crafty World products are sold exclusively on Amazon.com.

Amazon is the biggest and arguably the safest online retail store. You can rest assured your purchase will be managed quickly, safely and smoothly by Amazon.

To be able to buy products on Amazon you will need to have an Amazon account.

If you already have an Amazon account, follow the steps below;

1. Simply log-in into your account and visit the Amazon page of the product you want to purchase and add them into your shopping cart.

Note: If your Shopping Cart is empty or items are missing from it, it is likely that you are not logged into your account.

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we’ve received your order.

2. Click “Proceed to Checkout” after you’ve reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.

Note: If you place an order for an item sold by Amazon.com with a credit card, Amazon won’t charge you until the order enters the shipping process.

3. Enter a shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.

Note: If there is more than one item in your order, you will be given the option to group your items into as few shipments as possible or ship items as they become available.

4. Review your order details. Be sure you’ve applied any Gift Cards or promotional codes you want to use on your order.

5. Click “Place your order”.

To review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, go to Your Orders.

About refunds

If you’re in any way unsatisfied with any of our products, then first please do contact us immediately and we will do our utmost best to sort out any problems for you. We will usually replace a damaged product within 5 business days or sooner.

Please include the following information below when asking for a refund:

When you return an item to Amazon, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.

1. Go to Your Orders in Your Account.
2. Click “View Order Details” next to the order.

1. Go to the Online Returns Center, and click “Return items”.

What is a product review and how to leave one?

An Amazon product review enables you to share your thoughts and experience about the products you have purchased. We at Crafty World take our customer’s reviews and feedback very seriously so we really encourage you to leave a review.

Here are some tips with writing an Amazon review.

In your review, you might like to consider commenting on some of the points below;

* How the product looks and feels
* Shipping
* Packaging
* The quality and many uses of the product
* What you liked about the product
* Why you would recommend it
* Anything else about the product cutting mat you would like to mention

To leave a product review simply follow the steps below;

1. Go to the product detail page for the item on Amazon.com.

2. Click Write a customer review in the Customer Reviews section.

3. Rate the item and write your review.

Note: To post a review, you must enter a title and type at least 20 words in the review.

5. Click Submit.

Important: Before you can post a review, you need to have an Amazon.com account that has successfully been charged for the purchase of a physical or digital item. Free digital downloads don’t qualify.

You don’t need to have purchased the product you’re reviewing. There’s a 48-hour waiting period after your first physical order has been completely shipped, or your digital item has been purchased, before you’ll be able to submit your review. If you’ve purchased a digital gift for someone else, the 48-hour waiting period doesn’t begin until the gift has been redeemed.


What is a seller feedback and how to leave seller feedback?

There is a big difference regarding the “Amazon review” and the “seller feedback”.

The Amazon seller feedback, deals more on your experience buying from a seller, the level of customer service you received and safe & efficient delivery of the product. Whereas the product review, dwells more on the product itself.

To leave seller feedback simply follow these easy steps below;

1. Go to Your Orders, and then click “Leave Seller Feedback”.

2. Find your order then fill in your feedback by selecting the options that best reflect your experience.

3. Click “Submit Feedback”.

Note: It can take up to 3 days after the order is completed or canceled for it to appear in the “Leave Third-party seller Feedback” section and next to the order in Your Orders page. You have 90 days from the date of your order to leave your rating and comments.


All about shipping

All our Crafty World products are handled and shipped expertly by Amazon.com.

If you want to track your items you can follow the easy steps below;

1. Go to Your Orders

2. Go to the order you want to track.

3. Click “Track Package” next to your order.

If your item was delayed or hasn’t arrived on time we suggest that you contact Amazon directly by following the steps below;

1. To lodge a support ticket or to contact Amazon simply click here.

2. On the right side of the screen you should see a button called ‘contact us’, after clicking the button Amazon will then ask you to log-in into your account.

3. After logging in you should see the orders you have placed – simply tick the check box of the order you have problems with.
Then go to the number 2 section which says “Tell us more about your issues”.

4. Simply choose “where’s my stuff?” or “select my issue” and then on the select issue details choose ‘shipment is late’.

5. After that on the number 3 section you can choose how you can contact Amazon for your order. You can either send them an email, call them by phone or chat with them.
