Avoid These People At All Cost – 5 Of The Most Annoying People To Travel With

Get the most out of your trip by avoiding these peopleWe’re sure you’ll agree when we say that traveling to another city or country can get the best and the worst out of people. For some people going on a trip to an exotic place can bring out their adventurous side. Unfortunately though, for some this brings out their annoying side.

A good and exciting trip can immediately turn sour and become a big headache if you travel with the latter one. To help you get the most out of your trip. We will be listing the top 5 people that you should avoid traveling with (if you can).

The always late travel companion

This travel companion can really and we mean REALLY stress you out even before you get in the plane. They can also pretty much mess up your travel plans and may cause you to miss your flight. When dealing with this type of companion make sure that you tell them the schedule of the flight or any plans for that matter a few hours or minutes ahead of the actual time.

The bring everything but the kitchen sink companion

This companion can be a headache to be with because you will ultimately end up lugging around both your luggage and theirs. This person usually over packs and brings things that are not usually needed on the trip. The best way to deal with this companion would be to help them pack. You can monitor the things they’re packing and even create a list with them to make sure that they only bring the things they need.

The “everything is better at home” companion

We consider this as one of the worst types of people to travel with. These people have the tendency to shut out everything they see and experience, no matter how wonderful, and prefer it to what they have at home. The beautiful majestic sunset at the beach? Nope! The sunset at home is better. The crystal clear blue lake? Nope! The lake at home looks clearer. To avoid ruining the mood and getting angry at your companion it’s best that you ignore them and not let them affect your experience.

The “I’m too scared to do anything” companion

If you’re with this type of travel companion then it’s best to be prepared to do some of the activities you’ve planned by yourself. This person is going to likely stay at the hotel out of the fear of the bacteria or germs that are in this country.

The “I’m too lazy to do anything” companion

This type of companion can be a bit similar to the scaredy-cat type. This person is not really scared but just prefers to stay in the hotel room to lie around all day. Instead of trying out different things in the country they will prefer to sit by the pool or order room service in your hotel room. Just like the scaredy-cat travel, don’t expect to do certain activities with this person outside of the hotel room.

When you’re on a holiday or on a vacation in a different country you’ll always want to be with people who can match your energy and enthusiasm. We’re not saying that you should not travel with this people but that you should learn to comprise and be ready for what’s in stored. This is especially true if that annoying person is a loved one or a good buddy.

You should also remember to enjoy the trip and not dwell too much on the negativity brought on by your partner. You can invite them to join you for some of the activities you planned but don’t force them too much that it causes both of you to fight.

Also, to get a comfortable plane flight we suggest that you bring a comfortable travel neck pillow with you. A quality travel pillow is a good tool to have in order to have a relaxing flight.
